We are a diversified commercial construction company with primary focus in commercial plumbing.
Our Corporate office is located in Deerfield Beach, FL.

Qualified candidates must have: 20 + year's experience, A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD, provide references and pass a background check.
Must be capable in ALL aspects of new commercial plumbing, renovations and most importantly, be capable of working independently, leading a crew with minimal supervision.
Candidate must be able to manage Jobs & Crew within Budget following the required Job schedule, communicate effectively with the Main Office Team, Purchasing, GM, and Estimating.
Must Be A Team Player & speak fluent english. (bilingual is a plus)
Good Work Ethics Is a MUST!
Qualified candidates MUST hold experience in soldering and fitting copper pipe, plumbing fixtures, pipe hangers, and cast iron as well as PVC sanitary piping, roof drainage, cut and threading steel pipe, and Victaulic is also helpful. Our company also does chilled and hot water piping, HDPE fusion welding, and various types of other piping materials used in the trade.
Rough In
1. Read blueprints
2. Pull measurements accurately to locate plumbing fixtures with only batter boards
3. Able to utilize manpower properly to get the job done on time
4. Knowledge of waste, water, vent, gas, condensation piping systems in commercial application
Top Out
1. Knowledge of waste, water, vent, gas, condensation piping systems in commercial application
2. Read Blueprints and SPEC sheets
3. Pull measurements accurately to locate plumbing fixtures off of columns (layout)
4. Urinals, toilets, lavatories, water fountains, water heaters, boilers, trap primers
5. Wall hung carriers, ADA, shower valves, floor drains
6. Knows proper measurements for all plumbing fixtures
7. Able to utilize apprentices properly to get the job done on time
8. Must be willing to with precision, accuracy & take pride in your work
Finish/Final
1. Able to set all plumbing fixtures
2. Must be able to do a neat job fast
3. Must be willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done correctly, on time and within budget
