This is for front desk tech support at a Telecom Business.
This is a full time position.
The job is taking inbound calls, monitoring support email and creating tickets.
Looking for someone who has some technical backround, is proactive, open minded, and keeps a positive attitude.
Must be able to work with others and be able to stay on the phone throughout the day.
Doesn't need to know a lot about telecom but it does help to know it. We will train if needed.
Hours:
Monday - Friday
9:30am-5:30pm
Weekends off.
Pay Rate (depending on experience)
$16-$18 an hour
