We are seeking a reliable and skilled Lead Technician (LeadTech) to join our team. The LeadTech is
the primary technician responsible for handling fiber and network installations, troubleshooting service
issues, and completing change of service requests for residential and commercial customers. While
this role takes the lead in technical execution, it does not include formal supervisory responsibilities.
Perform fiber installations, including invisible fiber and ruggedized fiber.
Handle trouble calls by diagnosing and repairing service issues efficiently.
Complete change of service requests such as upgrades, downgrades, or relocations.
Install and configure network equipment including routers, cable boxes, and related devices.
Ensure all wiring, connections, and terminations meet company standards.
Assist in training and supporting Wire Technicians during installations when needed.
Document completed work and service reports accurately using company systems.
Maintain clear communication with customers, supervisors, and team members.
Keep tools, equipment, and assigned work areas organized and in good condition.
