We are seeking a Facility Operator to oversee daily operations and drive growth at our Margate location. This role requires a proactive leader who not only manages the facility efficiently but also contributes to business development, sales, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, results-driven, and comfortable analyzing revenue reports to guide decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day facility operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance
Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to increase business and attract new clients
Drive customer acquisition and retention through excellent service and engagement
Generate, review, and analyze revenue reports to track performance and identify opportunities for growth
Maintain organized systems for scheduling, inventory, and staff management
Collaborate with leadership on financial goals and business development initiatives
Qualifications:
Proven experience in facility management, operations, or a related leadership role
Strong background in marketing and sales, with demonstrated ability to grow revenue
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to create and analyze revenue/financial reports
Strong communication and leadership abilities
