Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service & Sales Representative with medical experience or knowledge in the beauty/aesthetic industry. This role requires a friendly, professional, and results-driven individual who can provide top-tier customer service, educate clients on our services, and drive sales. We offer training for the right candidate with a passion for aesthetics and client care.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients with professionalism and enthusiasm
Answer calls, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries about services
Educate clients on our treatments, products, and post-care instructions
Process payments, manage invoices, and maintain accurate client records
Upsell and cross-sell services and products based on client needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming spa environment
Assist in marketing efforts, including social media engagement and promotional events
Ensure compliance with spa policies and HIPAA regulations
Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or front desk roles (preferably in a medical spa, clinic, or healthcare setting)
Basic knowledge of aesthetics, skincare, or cosmetic treatments is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales skills and ability to meet sales targets
Proficiency in using scheduling software (like Vagaro, Zenoti, or similar)
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
