A high-end, professional, and fast-paced beauty salon in West Delray Beach near Delray Market Place is seeking a part-time social media with a front desk background. To succeed in this role, you should be highly organized, able to manage clients gracefully, and possess social media skills to engage with customers by creating engaging text, image, and video content through email, Facebook, Google, Instagram, Yelp, TikTok, etc. Designing posts to sustain readers' curiosity and creating buzz around new services and products, posting before-and-afters on our website and social media, keeping inventory up to date, ordering products, etc.
Responsibilities
Warmly greet clients, walk them to the proper beauty specialist, and inform assigned beauticians of their arrival.
Excellent knowledge of scheduling software.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
Create engaging and persuasive marketing materials, including website content, blog posts,
social media posts, and email campaigns
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement
Assist in the planning and execution of content marketing initiatives, such as creating and distributing valuable content to attract and engage target audiences
Requirements
Excellent Communication abilities
Experience working in a hair salon environment.
Working Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 9 am to 6 pm
Thursdays 9 am to 7 pm
Saturdays 9 am to 5 pm.
Ultimately, you will help enhance our salon's reputation by building friendly and trusting relationships with our clients.
