Network Engineer

Job Duties:

1. Architecting, Designing & implementation of Network and Security Infrastructure against the Customer’s requirements

2. Identify recurring and potential problems, recommending and implementing process/ controls and documents for prevention

3. Keep a track of daily Incident Requests and make sure to resolve with in SLA with Incident Management activities

4. Responsible for the configuration, troubleshooting and implementation of various Routers, Switches, Riverbed, Firewall and Wireless devices

5. Configure new FS BIG IP LTM/GTM setup, Creating VIPs, Creating Pools, Persistence Profile, SSL Profile, SSL Offloading, Creating Access policies

6. Install and provision new Aruba wireless Controllers and access points at various site locations Globally, as required.

7. Address the change requirements and get the approval on time on the CAB calls to implement the network changes

8. Dotlx Rollout Implementation for Secure Lab Devices in DMZ environment

9. Serve as team lead in handling Network & Security Incidents/outages to maintain the stability of Customer Infrastructure

10. Run the Migration of Network Load Balancers from Physical to Virtual Environment

11. Creating Low Level Design documents for engineering & re-engineering initiatives

12. Perform Migration and Upgradation of Network Firewalls in DC & DR environment

13. Provide Technical consulting services and solution on Cloud VPC compartment of client

14. Prepare EWO based and help support team to implement the required tasks

15. Manage intellectual property such as IP address space, domain structure, and DNS infrastructure

16. Lead teams to execute IT Management within stipulated timeline along with high quality deliverables

17. Responsible for the Preparation of Detail Design Document and Unit Test Plan based on the Functional Requirements and Business Process

18. Deliver exceptional customer service with excellent presentation and communication skills regarding technical and non-technical concepts.

Travel: The only travel required is when relocating to within commuting distance of unanticipated client locations anywhere in the U.S. for long-term assignments.

Education:

Bachelor of Science (or its foreign equivalent) in Information Technology, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or closely related subject matter.

Experience:

Five (5) years’ experience in the job offered, as a Network Technical Lead, or a closely related occupation. With experience to include 24 months of experience in the following:

Architecting, Designing & implementation of Network and Security Infrastructure against the Customer’s requirements

Creating Low Level Design documents for Engineering & Re-engineering initiatives

Migration and Upgradation of Network Firewalls in DC & DR environment

Providing Technical consulting and security solutions in Multi-Cloud Infrastructure

Preparation of EWO and help support team to implement the required tasks

Certification: Cisco Certified Specialist - Security Core

Number of hours per week: 40 Hours

Daily Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 A.M. to 6.00 P.M.
