Boating/Boat/Yacht Industry Sales Experience is NOT required, however you must be open to working hard, have the willingness to learn, be respectful, and punctual. First two weeks probation must obtain 2 listings to come aboard. After that is 8-10 weeks of training. 100 % Commission pay of anything you sell! 20/80 during training, 30/70 first 6 months, 40/60 first year (Split on a 10% Commission)
