Position overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our family. The ideal candidate will have a background in 3PL warehousing and B2B sales services. The candidate will be in charge on developing and implementing sales strategy along with the ability to successfully identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Responsibilities & qualifications:
Sales Management : oversee the sales process, identify and develop new leads, make sales calls, reach out to potential prospects.
Creating sales protocols and preparing the ground for future sales representatives.
Customer relations: write proposals, secure contracts, follow up leads and maintain the pipeline, manage accounts.
Targeting potential customers using designated software.
Work in collaboration with operations and sales departments ensuring full synchronization.
Ability to travel domestically and overseas as deemed necessary by sales management.
Must be able to operate own vehicle or have access to reliable transportation to be able visiting the customer’s worksite.
Requirements:
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required .
Excellent organizational skills including prioritization, scheduling and time management.
Sales experience in selling in the following industries:
3PL Warehousing ,Freight Forwarding/brokerage , Ecommerce fulfillment .
Microsoft office suite programs proficiency .
