Responsibilities:
Appointment Setters:
Reach out to potential customers via phone or in-person.
Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy.
Schedule appointments for our solar consultants.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Closers:
Meet with homeowners to present solar energy solutions.
Answer questions and address concerns.
Close sales and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude and a desire to help others.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Sales experience is a plus but not required.
