Our team is committed to safety, reliability, and client satisfaction. As we expand, we are seeking a driven Sales Executive to generate new business and build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and develop new business opportunities within commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site assessments to identify security needs.
Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and pricing strategies.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Track sales activities and maintain records in CRM.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience (security guard industry preferred, but not required).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Ability to build long-term relationships and establish trust with clients.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
