Responsibilities:
Responding to calls, emails, and customer inquiries to finalize sales.
Meeting with clients and contractors to assess project or service needs.
Regularly visiting existing clients to ensure their needs are met.
Creating quotes, proposals, and sales contracts.
Generating invoices post-completion of work.
Following up with clients on payment status.
Accompanying the Operations Manager to meetings with chief engineers, clients, or contractors.
Coordinating with technical staff on project or service progress to update clients.
Verifying orders for materials or equipment needed for customer service.
Expanding the business portfolio by seeking out clients who need recurring services, including general contractors, property managers, realtors, and HOAs.
Requirements and Skills:
QuickBooks/Tech Sales Software Monday experience – Preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Required.
Experience in sales and customer service – Required.
