We are expanding our sales department and seeking motivated, self-driven sales reps in the Miami area. If you have a strong work ethic, are comfortable closing deals, and want to earn real commission on high-ticket jobs, we want to hear from you.
Role Overview:
Sales Representatives are responsible for generating and closing new projects for services including bathroom remodels, kitchen updates, siding, painting, drywall, electrical, flooring, decks, and more. Our projects typically range from $10,000 to $150,000.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Contacting and following up with homeowner leads
Visiting job sites to assess project needs
Creating estimates (training provided if needed)
Closing deals and submitting jobs to the operations team
Tracking all sales activity in our CRM
Building trust with clients and representing our brand professionally
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales (construction or home services is a plus)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Access to a vehicle for client meetings
Ability to follow up consistently and close deals
Comfortable working on commission-only structure
