Job Description:

Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to work directly with the CEO and/or Director of Project Management in developing sales for new and current products. This role focuses on establishing and nurturing relationships with architects, general contractors, and OEM window and door manufacturers, as well as dealer distribution companies. The Sales Consultant will learn about our products, make initial contact with potential clients, and arrange meetings for the CEO to present our solutions. This role is designed to grow into a full presentation and sales role as sales increase.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the team to develop and execute a sales strategy for the new product.

Understand the features, benefits, and applications of our product offerings.

Identify and target potential clients within the healthcare, education, and hospitality sectors, as well as OEM manufacturers and dealer distribution companies.

Make initial contact with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and networking events.

Arrange and schedule meetings for the CEO or others to present our products and solutions.

Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with client information and sales activities.

Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

Follow up with clients after meetings to provide additional information and answer questions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target industries.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

Attending industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and generate leads.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Ability to learn and understand technical product information.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
