JOB SUMMARY
Assistant to Director of Sales-Provide general sales and customer service assistance.
Complete and thorough training provided with ongoing support.
Format and organize email correspondences and/or offers for prospective clients.
Prepare and send out contracts and purchase agreements based on negotiated deal-specific parameters.
Must be able to clearly articulate in both written and verbal communications.
Exceptionally good listener and communicator.
Ability to quickly learn and retain knowledge provided during training.
Requires an outstanding attention to detail and must be extremely well-organized.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products.
