Seeking individual for immediate start in Shipping Industry
Main Responsibilities:
1. Customer Services:
- Handle general customer enquiries on container sales and related issues
- Make inventory report
- Make sales contracts
- Coordinate in container release and pick-up
- Chase accounts receivables and any other outstanding amounts
- Inquire container availability from the third party, process, and make reports on local purchase
- Maintain general files and records
2. System maintenance and data analysis
- Update data, generate report, and make statistics.
3. Others
-Assist in industry exhibition.
-Other tasks assigned by supervisor
Required Skills/Experience:
1. Bachelor degree level education or equivalent preferred
2. 1-2 years sales assistant related experience is preferred
3. Excellent communication and coordination skills
4. Self-motivated and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
5. Languages: English essential (written and verbal)
