We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing team. You will be responsible for helping clients understand and enroll in insurance products that best meet their needs. This includes building relationships, assessing coverage requirements, presenting solutions, and guiding them through the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business by prospecting, receiving inbound leads, and managing referrals.
Assess clients’ needs and financial situations to propose tailored insurance solutions (health, life, dental/vision, or supplemental plans).
Clearly explain plan benefits, coverage limitations, premiums, deductibles, and policy terms.
Ensure all compliance disclosures and documentation are completed accurately and in accordance with state/federal guidelines.
Build long-term relationships by providing exceptional customer service, answering post-sale questions, and assisting with renewals or claims as needed.
Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Accurately input customer information into CRM and enrollment platforms.
