What You'll Do:
Deliver an outstanding customer experience by greeting customers warmly, listening to their needs, and building genuine rapport.
Become an expert on T-Mobile's cutting-edge products, services, and promotions (phones, tablets, wearables, accessories, rate plans).
Match customers with the best solutions to fit their lifestyle and needs, driving sales and achieving individual and team goals.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale systems.
Assist with basic device troubleshooting and setup to ensure customers leave happy.
Help maintain the store's visual appeal and operational standards.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and participate in ongoing training.
Collaborate with your team to create a positive and high-energy store environment.
What You Bring:
A strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you enjoy talking to people!
Genuine interest in mobile technology and a knack for explaining it simply.
Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others.
Ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus!
Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are highly valued in our Fontainebleau location.
