As demand grows, we’re hiring skilled Appointment Setters to help drive qualified leads into our sales pipeline.

What We Offer

Base salary of $650 every 2 weeks

Uncapped commission structure with high earning potential

Promotion track to Sales Closer or Sales Team Leader in as little as 6 months

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls daily to warm leads and cold prospects to schedule appointments

Use a consultative script to qualify interest and identify marketing needs

Leverage LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social platforms to connect with and nurture prospects

Handle light objections, build rapport, and drive appointment conversions

Track and manage lead activity in GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM

Follow up with prospects to increase show-up rates

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs

Hit or exceed weekly and monthly goals for calls and booked appointments

Requirements

1+ year of experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or customer outreach

Experience with marketing, consulting, or high-ticket service sales is a strong plus

Solid communication skills and confidence on the phone and social media

Strong objection-handling skills and a natural ability to build rapport

Familiarity with CRMs (GHL experience preferred)

Must have your own computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet, professional workspace

Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven with a desire to grow within a company
