Experience in windows sales is a must.
Must have the following:
Have knowledge and sales experience with impact windows and doors
Reliable transportation to drive to your appointments
Have a high close ratio, cannot go below 30% conversion
Out of 10 leads you must book at least 3
Clean cut and well spoken
Must be able to pass background check
