We're looking for motivated, articulate Appointment Setters to join our team!
Your job is to reach out to prospective clients [property managers, business owners, HOAs] qualify leads, and schedule sales appointments for our team.
You'll play a vital role in our business development pipeline and help grow our reach across the region.
Responsibilities
▪️Make outbound calls [cold and warm leads] to potential customers.
▪️Schedule sales appointments for our field representatives.
▪️Follow up with leads via phone, email, or CRM tools.
▪️Maintain detailed records of call activity and customer information.
▪️Hit weekly/monthly appointment goals.
▪️Introduce DumpsterPad.com services and value proposition confidently and clearly.
Experience
▪️Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or inside sales is preferred.
▪️Strong phone presence and excellent verbal communication skills.
▪️Organized, reliable, and consistent in following up with prospects.
▪️Self-starter with a positive attitude and desire to grow with a mission-driven company.
▪️Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus [but not required—we’ll train you]
