- NOT PHONE SALES!
- Working with existing Clients to learn how we can earn more of their business.
- Learn who the procurement contacts are, establishing a relationship, and updating our client database.
- Cold calling and emailing new potential clients to try and earn their business.
- Reaching out via Phone and Email.
We are looking for an experienced phone person who is very personable and enjoys making calls. Who is not bothered when someone hangs up on you, realizing that it is just part of the day! Nothing personal.
Appreciates speaking to current and potential clients and establishing a business relationship with them.
Express to them what products our business has to offer, our history and learn what we need to do to earn their business.
Must be computer literate and be knowledgeable using the ACT Marketing Software, Quick Books software, and Microsoft Excel.
You will be working with our current data base which consists of over 10,000 current contacts.
