Job Overview:
MB Floor Solutions is hiring a Part-Time Sales Representative to help us grow our footprint across South Florida. You’ll focus on lead generation, building relationships, and closing commercial cleaning and floor care deals — all with a flexible part-time schedule that fits your lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to new potential clients through phone, email, site visits, and your existing network.
Conduct walkthroughs and present service proposals tailored to client needs.
Support digital marketing efforts such as newsletter outreach and lead generation campaigns.
Provide weekly updates on outreach, progress, and closed deals.
Maintain long-term relationships and provide great customer service throughout the process.
Help identify new customer segments and market opportunities.
Ideal Candidate:
Already connected in industries like janitorial, roofing, HVAC, solar, real estate, hotels, healthcare, office buildings, or commercial services.
Independent, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Confident in closing deals and managing client relationships.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Results-focused with a self-starter mindset.
Fluent in English and Spanish
Schedule:
20 hours per week.
Schedule 9:00 AM - 1:00 AM
Weekly virtual sales meetings required
Compensation:
First Month: $1,800 guaranteed
After First Month: $200 weekly + 8% commission on total closed sales
No cap on earnings
