Opportunity: Outside Sales Representative, Building Materials (Central Florida)
A newly established local building material supplier is seeking a results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on direct sales and building client relationships within the local construction sector, promoting our comprehensive range of construction nails, tools, and supplies.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with a deep understanding of the construction industry's needs. This is a field-based position requiring daily visits to construction sites and direct engagement with builders and subcontractors.
Key Qualifications:
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the construction industry or building material supply.
Demonstrated knowledge of the home building process and fundamental material requirements.
Proven ability to confidently initiate and maintain client relationships.
Mandatory: Excellent bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
Requirements:
Must possess a valid Florida Driver's License.
Access to a personal vehicle for business travel.
Compensation: commission-based sales representative.
