Our company is seeking to hire an Office Assistant to be responsible for the general daily operations of our office. Job duties and responsibilities include overseeing daily operations from new sales, scheduling, permits, A/R, A/P and general office duties, etc.
Responsibilities
· Answer phones and schedule jobs.
· Process and enter customer invoices.
· Manage suppliers and subcontractors: configure jobs
· Maintain file organization.
· Work with the state and local cities on permits and licenses.
· Support managers with daily operations and office tasks.
Requirements and skills
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) - Required.
· Quick books - preferred.
· Experience in the construction industry (notice to owner, release of liens, certificate of insurance, permits, inspections) - Preferred.
· Provide exceptional customer service.
· Excellent communication and grammar.
· Detail oriented.
· Well organized.
· Reliable, honest and trustworthy.
· Fun and positive attitude.
· Responsive.
· Witty.
