What You’ll Be Doing:
Taking inbound calls only – NO cold calling
Helping clients enroll in ACA Health Insurance + ancillary plans (Dental, Vision, etc.)
Quoting, educating, and closing with confidence and clarity
Delivering great service with compliance with all state and federal regulations top of mind
What You Bring to the Table:
Valid 2-15 or 2-40 Florida insurance license
Clear communicator with strong consultative skills
Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
Familiarity with quoting tools or CRMs (AMS+)
Must be in-person at our Coral Springs office
Experience in health insurance sales = a major plus!
