Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated, results-driven Life and Health Insurance Agents to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a client base, selling life and health insurance policies, and providing excellent customer service. You will work directly with clients to assess their needs, present tailored solutions, and ensure they receive the best coverage to meet their health and life goals.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients to assess their needs and recommend the best life and health insurance plans.

Educate clients on available insurance options, benefits, and costs.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and policy reviews.

Process client applications, renewals, and claims efficiently and accurately.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, insurance products, and local regulations.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the agency’s overall growth.

Qualifications:

Florida Life and Health Insurance License , additional state licenses are a plus

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but not required.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
