Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales background, a passion for customer service, and the necessary state licenses to sell insurance across multiple states. As an Insurance Sales Representative with United Golden Rule, you will have the opportunity to offer a range of insurance products to prospective clients, develop new business, and build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Sell and promote United Golden Rule Insurance products to potential clients across multiple states.

Prospect for new clients and generate leads through various channels (referrals, networking, cold calling, etc.).

Conduct needs-based assessments with clients to provide tailored insurance solutions.

Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales, and policy renewals.

Educate clients about different types of insurance policies, coverage options, and pricing.

Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire sales process.

Stay current on industry trends, changes in insurance laws, and company products.

Qualifications:

Required: 215 Insurance License (Life, Health, and/or Accident) and the ability to sell insurance in multiple states

Previous experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.

Strong knowledge of insurance products and policies.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

Must have a valid insurance license in multiple states.

Must be able to work on-site and not offer remote positions
