Overview:
- Build a career in Life Insurance. We help license if you currently are not a licensed agent.
- We offer a no-cost leads program to get your career kick started. Florida 214 or 215 License is preferred. Willing to help you get licensed.
- Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus.
- We create our own leads and pre-set appointments for agents. Awesome dialer and CRM system to help you to sell 2-3 clients per day. Average commission is $300+ per deal once out of training. You will be busy all day long making money!
- Full Schedule Monday - Friday. Hybrid remote opportunity. Train with us for a few weeks in person and then work from home once your rocking!
- Great office in West Palm Beach, soon moving to a larger location in Boca Raton.
Responsibilities:
- Market and sell various insurance products to potential clients
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable coverage options
- Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and expand the client base
- Preparing quotes, processing applications, and managing policy renewals
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure the best insurance deals
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail sales or insurance sales
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance policies clearly
- Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is advantageous
- Familiarity with marketing techniques and telemarketing strategies
- Ability to handle sales administration tasks efficiently
- Skilled in negotiation to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to data privacy
