We are currently seeking motivated and licensed Health Insurance Agents who are ready to hit the ground running, with the flexibility to work storefronts, door-to-door, and attend community events throughout the state. Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads from storefronts, door-to-door canvassing, and community events across Florida.
Utilize social media and personal networks to reach potential clients statewide.
Complete and submit applications through our CRM, with a focus on quality and compliance.
Attend one of our orientations led by our compliance team to enhance your understanding of our products and our CRM.
Train with professional referral agents and licensed agents and obtain the necessary licenses (2-15 or 2-40).
Compensation:
100% commission-based role with competitive rates; every approved application pays $80 ($70 for non-licensed agents).
Weekly payouts for quality work and submitted applications, ensuring steady income for dedicated agents.
Daily bonuses available during the initial training period (3-5 days) to kickstart your success.
Support & Training:
Comprehensive training with a licensed agent to refine your sales techniques and product knowledge.
Assistance in obtaining your 2-15 or 2-40 license if not already certified.

Requirements:
Must be a licensed health insurance agent in the state of Florida (or willing to obtain licensure).
