What We’re Looking For:
A valid health insurance license (2-40 or 2-15)
Experience using CRM systems, dialers, and quoting platforms (AMS+, Convoso)
Strong communication skills and a client-first approach
Professionalism, integrity, and a self-motivated attitude
Experience selling Health insurance (ACA/short-term health plans is preferred but not required)
This is a base+commission position with average agent earnings an average of $1,500 a week. Top agents can and do exceed this range.
