1. Sales Support (BDC Rep)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming leads from various channels, including phone, email, and social media

Schedule appointments for the sales team by effectively qualifying prospects

Maintain and update leads in the CRM, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up

Collaborate with marketing on social media strategies to generate new leads

Provide exceptional customer service and build strong rapport with potential clients

Qualifications

Previous experience in a BDC, inside sales, or customer support role

Proficiency in CRM platforms and social media tools

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

2. Commercial Fleet Sales:

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Commercial Fleet Sales team. You’ll play a crucial role in growing our commercial vehicle division by providing tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their commercial vehicle requirements

Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, contractors, and fleet operators

Present vehicle options, negotiate pricing, and finalize sales agreements

Stay updated on product inventory, features, and industry trends to effectively advise customers

Collaborate with finance and service teams to ensure smooth transactions and client satisfaction

Qualifications

Proven track record in sales (automotive or commercial industry a plus)

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently

Strong presentation skills and professional demeanor

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
