Job Description:
As a Fronter, you will be the first point of contact with potential clients, guiding them through the qualification process and ensuring they are a good fit for our program. You will be making over 600 outbound calls daily, using our auto-dialer system and following a script designed to help clients understand our program's benefits.
Your responsibilities include:
Making a high volume of outbound calls (600+) per day using our auto-dialer system
Asking qualifying questions to ensure the client is a good fit for our program
Meeting and exceeding sales goals set by sales managers
Demonstrating professionalism in all calls and company interactions
Attending morning (9:30 a.m.) and afternoon (2:30 p.m.) meetings
Transferring at least two qualified clients to closers each day
Qualifications:
Experience in a fast-paced, commission-based sales environment
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Full-time availability
Reliable transportation
Basic computer skills
Professional speaking voice
Compensation:
Base pay of $15.65 per hour plus commission
Commission of $30-$60 for each qualified client (even if they don't enroll)
Daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses for hitting sales targets
