Job Description:

Are you a motivated self-starter with a passion for sales and helping others? Join our dynamic and growing insurance company as an Insurance Sales Representative. This fully remote role offers a fast-paced path to management, providing significant earning potential from $80,000 to $200,000 in your first year. We provide leads and comprehensive training to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Generation:

-Utilize provided leads to identify and target potential clients within union member groups.

-Present, promote, and sell insurance products to union members.

-Customize insurance programs to suit individual customer needs.

- Client Relationship Management:

- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.

- Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about policy coverage and claims.

- Conduct periodic reviews of clients’ insurance coverage to ensure it meets their changing needs.

- Consultation and Advising:

- Educate clients about the features and benefits of various insurance products.

- Provide expert advice to help clients make informed decisions about their insurance needs.

- Documentation and Compliance:

- Ensure all client interactions and transactions are accurately documented in the CRM system.

- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory requirements, and company policies to ensure compliance.

- Team Collaboration and Leadership:

- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.

- Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

- Take on leadership responsibilities and mentor junior sales representatives as you progress towards a management role.

- Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a strong work ethic.

- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

- Licensed insurance agent (or willingness to obtain a license).
