We are a national insurance agency is expanding nationally based in Florida and seeks qualified applicants. We are now interviewing Licensed Life & Health Insurance Agents as well as inexperienced unlicensed individuals who want to get licensed. Our expertise lies in seamlessly qualifying individuals for Medicare, life insurance, international travel insurance division, and now domestic and international institutional group benefits. We have expanded for 2024 to 14 states and mid year we expect to have an office on the west coast and have a presence in 50 states.
Requirements:
(1) License Requirement: 2-40 or 2-15 (I will help get you appointed if you are the right person!)
(2) Possess functional smartphone, tablet, and/or computer
Compensation:
(1) Commission
Responsibilities:
(1) Generating your own leads if assigned field agent or if assigned to the tele-sales unit (in-bound leads)
(2) Attending a mandatory orientation and CRM system training
(3) Having knowledge or willing to learn about Medicare, life, dental, LTC, and disability insurance products.
(3) Computer skills is essential for insurance processing applications and other job functions (Microsoft, Zoom, web meetings, CRM, and salesforce, and other software programs)
Position Type: Independent contractor will have 2 options (1) flexible hours and/or preset hours at large corporate retail stores or (2) inbound leads with set hours Monday-Friday
Hours:
To be assigned to a large well known retail store with pre-set hours or the tele-sales unit
All agents will be going thru an intensive onboarding process. At the end of the process, you will be READY. All applicants will need to pass a background check and drug screening. To be a positive and motivated are important
