We are seeking experienced and motivated life insurance sales professionals to join our team!

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential clients, emphasizing the benefits of Indexed Universal Life (IUL) insurance and Mortgage Protection.

- Educate clients on the features, advantages, and long-term benefits of IUL, Term and Whole Life policies.

- Analyze clients' financial situations to recommend solutions.

- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications:

- Active and valid Florida insurance license with expertise in life insurance sales.

- Proven experience in phone-based sales, demonstrating success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Expected average weekly earnings ranging from $1,500 to $3,000.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year

Benefits: 4 Day Work Week

Monday – Thursday: 9am to 8pm.

Pay rate: Base + Commission

Supplemental pay types: Bonus opportunities, Base pay, Commission pay

Weekly day range: Monday to Thursday, Weekends as needed

Work setting: Call center, In-person, Office

Experience: Phone sales: 1 year (Required)

Life Insurance or Health Insurance Sales: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification: 2-15 Insurance License (Required)
