As a Health Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, analyzing insurance needs, and selling insurance policies to clients. Responsibilities:
- Sell insurance policies to potential clients.
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop strategies to reach them.
- Utilize telemarketing and outside sales techniques to generate leads and close sales.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance policies.
Experience:
- Strong sales skills with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess clients' insurance needs accurately.
- Proficiency in telemarketing and outside sales techniques.
- Ability to effectively market insurance products to potential clients.
- Experience in sales is required, benefits administration is a plus.
- Team player, takes direction, doesn't have an ego.
- Punctual and responsible. We will fire you if you no call, no show.
