Responsibilities:
Assist Clients with Enrollment – Guide individuals and families through the ACA health insurance enrollment process via the Federal Marketplace.
Educate Clients on Plan Options – Explain coverage details, benefits, and costs to help clients select the best plan for their needs.
Determine Eligibility – Assess client eligibility for subsidies, tax credits, and special enrollment periods.
Provide Exceptional Customer Service – Answer questions, address concerns, and ensure a smooth, stress-free enrollment experience.
Maintain Compliance – Adhere to federal and state regulations regarding ACA enrollment, privacy laws (HIPAA), and Marketplace guidelines.
Follow Up on Applications – Track the progress of applications, assist with any issues, and ensure successful enrollment.
Stay Updated on ACA Policies – Keep up with changes in federal healthcare regulations and coverage options.
Assist with Renewals – Help clients renew their health insurance plans and update their information as needed.
Collaborate with Team Members – Work with other enrollment specialists and support staff to provide the best service possible.
Document Client Interactions – Maintain accurate records of enrollments, client communications, and policy selections.
