Safe Ship Moving Services in Boynton Beach, FL is expanding its team and is currently seeking individuals with a strong sales background to join us as Sales Representatives in our Moving division. We welcome applicants with no previous experience in the moving industry and are committed to providing comprehensive training for those who demonstrate enthusiasm and motivation to excel in this role to advance to our main floor sales team.Key Details: Location: Boynton Beach, FL Position: "In Training" Sales Representative (Moving division) About the Role:As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in understanding and addressing the moving needs of our potential customers. While prior experience in the moving industry is advantageous, we are open to candidates with a solid sales background who are eager to learn and contribute to our dynamic team.Ideal Candidates Will: Have previous phone or in person sales experience. Demonstrate exceptional multitasking abilities. Basic commitment to a 40-hour work week and with one weekend a month. Typical shifts during training are 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday through Friday. Embrace a commission system with substantial earning potential, featuring a sliding scale of up to 30%. A base will be provided to those in training for the first 30 calendar days. Meet weekly quotas, benefit from daily incentives for successful deals, and participate in monthly sales competitions with generous rewards for outstanding performance. Your Responsibilities: Actively participate in our tailored training schedule to ensure the best upward growth in the moving industry. Actively engage with potential customers to understand their moving needs and provide tailored solutions. Utilize effective sales techniques to promote our moving services and secure new business opportunities. Manage and maintain customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction throughout the moving process. Meet and exceed weekly quotas, contributing to the overall success of the sales team. Collaborate with team members to strategize and implement sales initiatives. Qualifications: Proven experience in a sales role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets (previous moving industry experience not required). Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficient and effective workflow. Demonstrated enthusiasm, motivation, and a proactive approach to achieving goals.
