We’re looking for a Floor Manager to lead and drive performance in our fast-paced, high-energy sales floor environment.

Position Overview

As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to consistently exceed goals and revenue targets. Your focus will be on coaching, training, motivating, and holding your team accountable for hitting performance metrics. You’ll also foster a positive, competitive culture where high performers thrive and underperformers are coached for success.

In this role, you’ll act as the heartbeat of the sales floor, ensuring momentum is never lost and daily operations run smoothly. Your ability to build strong, motivated teams, drive key performance indicators (KPIs), and deliver results will be critical to your success.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the sales floor, ensuring agents stay motivated, energized, and focused on hitting their targets.

Track and enforce KPIs, including calls, appointments, deals closed, and revenue generated.

Hold daily morning meetings to set goals, reinforce company culture, and provide sales motivation.

Implement real-time coaching and on-the-spot feedback to drive performance improvements.

Conduct daily one-on-one coaching sessions to hold agents accountable for their results and offer guidance for improvement.

Push for high-volume activity (calls, follow-ups, appointments) to ensure pipeline consistency and productivity.

Recruit and train new hires, instilling a winning mindset and sales strategies from day one.

Develop and enforce scripts, objection-handling techniques, and closing strategies to ensure agents have the tools they need to succeed.

Lead role-playing sessions to sharpen sales skills and boost confidence.

Maintain a high-energy, competitive, and positive atmosphere on the floor at all times.

Deliver performance reports to leadership, identifying both opportunities and roadblocks to growth.

Drive continuous improvement by staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitive strategies, and new sales tactics.

What We're Looking For

Proven leadership experience in a high-performance sales environment (call centers, health insurance, or similar industries preferred).

Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to consistently exceed targets.

Strong understanding of sales processes, including prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals.

Experience managing and tracking KPIs to improve individual and team performance.

Excellent communication and coaching skills, with a focus on accountability and performance optimization.

Ability to create and maintain a positive, high-energy culture while driving results.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in health insurance sales or other licensed industries is a plus.

Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tracking tools.

Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain composure while pushing for results.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
