Appointment setting or phone sales experience is required. Additional training is provided.
Ex-Moving Sales, Healthcare Sales Reps, Telemarketing Sales are encouraged to apply.
DAY SHIFT POSITION: 30 Hour Week
Monday - Friday (9:30AM - 2:30PM) AND 2 (alternating) Saturdays per month (9AM-1PM)
$400 Salary + Commissions + Bonuses
$75k - $100k per/ year
All positions are IN-OFFICE ONLY.
NO REMOTE POSITIONS AVAILABLE.
Must be money-motivated, highly ambitious, and self-driven.
Excellent speaking and communication skills.
Auto Dialer/ CRM experience.
Basic computer literacy.
Training will be provided.
You will get paid weekly (every Friday), and start making money immediately!
Your job is to make calls to homeowners from an Auto Dialer/ CRM. We provide the leads, tools, and training for you to book quality appointments and make BIG .
Role Ressponsibilities:
Briefly chat with potential customers. You'll be our first, "Hello!" You''re the first person our potential customers speak to, so your friendly, positive energy and professional attittude is the key to making a great first impression and getting us in the door.
You'll be the friendy voice on the phone reaching out to homeowners to offer a FREE Impact Window, Door & Roofing Demo & Price Quote. You'll briefly touch on the benefits of hurricane protection, home insurance discounts, and energy savings. Then, simply set an in-home appointment with the homeowner and let our Top Sales Reps do the rest.
Manage Schedules:
You'll coordinate times that work for both the homeowners and our sales team. You'll make sure the expectations are set with the homeowners for the FREE Demo & Price Quote and that everyone is on the same page. It's that simple.
