Fast Guard Service is seeking highly motivated, results-driven Sales Representatives to join our in-office team. This is a fantastic opportunity for sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and are ready to earn based on performance. As part of our sales team, you’ll be responsible for selling security guard services nationwide through both inbound and outbound sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Handle high-volume inbound sales inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Proactively cold call and conduct outbound sales to generate new business opportunities.
Learn and effectively utilize our CRM system to manage leads, track performance, and maintain accurate records.
Communicate persuasively with clients to build trust and close deals.
Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activity in the CRM.
Requirements
Experience or aptitude in high-volume inbound sales or the ability to learn quickly.
Strong outbound sales or cold calling experience is required.
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) are essential.
Familiarity with or ability to learn CRM systems for lead and performance tracking.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a commission-only environment.
Must be comfortable working on-site in our office daily.
