Job Description:
Provide customers with quotes on repairs/replacements based on paperwork submitted by field technicians. Discuss with technician for any clarification.
Log and track status of all proposals submitted for approval ensuring the customer received
Make outbound calls to vendors / respond to inbound inquiries from customers
Order and track all materials for approved quotes
Communicate with the service coordinator for scheduling, once all materials arrive.
Support sales teams as needed
Build customer and vendor relationships
General Office support, including but not limited to issuing PO’s, Parts & Refrigerant Tracking
Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience in light to medium commercial HVAC industry
Sales experience preferred
Strong communication skills
Computer Savvy w/ Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge
Compensation & Benefits:
Base $25/hr. + commission based on gross profit of sales
In Office Full Time Position (40 Hours wk. M-F 8-5)
