Phone Sales Closers - Timeshare Exit - High Commission / Remote

The Opportunity:

We are seeking skilled Phone Sales Closers to connect with warm leads and guide them through the process of exiting their timeshare. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. If you're driven by helping people, excel at closing deals, and want to earn significant commissions, this is the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to qualified leads (no cold calling – these are individuals actively seeking timeshare exit solutions).

Clearly and empathetically explain our timeshare exit process and its benefits.

Address client concerns, overcome objections, and skillfully close sales.

Maintain accurate records of all communications and sales activities in our CRM system.

Collaborate with our team to refine strategies and achieve sales targets.

Stay informed about timeshare industry trends and our service offerings.

Requirements:

Proven track record of success in phone sales, especially in B2C or high-value service sales (minimum 2+ years preferred).

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.

Strong persuasive ability and a natural talent for closing.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly disciplined.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

Comfortable with CRM software and basic computer applications.

Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Experience in the timeshare or financial services industry is a plus, but not required.
