As we grow, we’re seeking a sharp and motivated Call Center Manager to lead our team of appointment setters.
Your Role:
This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing a team of outbound reps who book in-home estimate appointments. You’ll be responsible for coaching, tracking performance, improving processes, and creating a high-energy, results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coach a team of outbound appointment setters
Monitor and report on KPIs: call volume, appointments set, show rates
Manage scripts, scheduling tools, and CRM workflows
Coordinate with marketing and sales to ensure smooth lead flow
Cultivate a team culture focused on accountability and results
Requirements:
3+ years managing call center or phone sales teams
Strong background in appointment setting or lead generation
Home improvement or construction industry experience preferred
CRM and dialer/call software experience required
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a strong plus
