Axiom Payment Systems, headquartered in Midtown Miami, is a payment processing company exclusively focused on serving restaurants in South Florida. Since 2020, we have been helping restaurants optimize their operations with tailored payment processing and POS system solutions.

Position Overview:

We are seeking driven and experienced Sales Representatives to join our growing team and is willing to relocate to Miami Florida. This is an opportunity for motivated individuals to demonstrate their sales expertise, work independently, and build a successful career with room for growth.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will:

- Visit restaurants across South Florida, conduct on-site demonstrations of our POS systems, and close sales.

- Overcome objections by effectively presenting the advantages of Axiom Payment Systems over competitors.

- Build relationships with restaurant owners and become a trusted partner for their payment processing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform product demonstrations and presentations at client locations.

- Utilize our CRM and dialer to generate leads and set appointments.

- Shadow experienced representatives during the first 30 days to gain hands-on experience.

- Proactively manage your schedule to ensure consistent appointments and sales opportunities.

- Attend daily morning meetings and training sessions.

Onboarding & Training:

- Onboarding: One week of intensive training covering our company, products, industry insights, and sales process.

- First 30 Days: Field training with an experienced representative, including setting and attending appointments. Any closed deals during this period earn full commissions.

- Develop lead-generation skills and demonstrate work ethic during this phase.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Base Salary: Starting at $40,000/year plus commission ($500-$2,000 per account based on number of POS's Sold).

- Performance Incentives:

- 10 accounts/month: Salary increases to $45,000/year.

- 15 accounts/month: Salary increases to $50,000/year.

- 20 accounts/month: Salary increases to $55,000/year.

- 25 accounts/month: Salary increases to $60,000/year.

- Leadership Growth:

- After achieving Tier 5 ($60,000 salary), become a Team Leader with up to 5 representatives under your supervision.

- Earn 20% of team commissions in addition to personal salary and commissions.

- Strong work ethic with punctual attendance for daily meetings and appointments.

- Willing to travel throughout South Florida to meet clients.
