What You’ll Do:
Respond to qualified, pre-set plumbing and water treatment leads.
Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to assess plumbing needs and recommend the right solutions.
Present, quote, and close high-ticket plumbing and water filtration systems (carbon filters, softeners, RO, etc.).
Generate additional leads through onsite upselling and customer referrals.
Follow up on open estimates and maintain relationships for future sales.
Work closely with install teams and office staff to ensure white-glove execution.
Requirements:
2+ years of sales experience (home services, plumbing, or water treatment preferred).
Confidence presenting high-ticket items and educating homeowners.
Strong communication and listening skills.
Reliable transportation and clean appearance.
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
