Your Responsibilities would include:
-Manage inbound and outbound calls: Responding to calls from potential customers and making outgoing calls
to generate leads
-Responding to inquiries: Answering questions about vehicles, financing.
-Setting Appointments: Working to convert leads into sales appointments
-Maintaining customer loyalty: Contacting current customers to improve loyalty
-Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective attention and responses
