Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Security Guard to join our team for nighttime shifts on Fridays and Saturdays. As a Security Guard at Turn 3 Sports Bar, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the safety of patrons and staff during operating hours.
Monitor customer behavior and intervene when necessary to diffuse potential conflicts.
Conduct regular patrols of the bar and surrounding areas.
Identify and address security issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with bar staff to ensure a safe and positive environment.
Enforce bar policies and procedures effectively.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in security. Bring resume.
Must be local to Boca Raton, FL.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent).
Strong observational and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
Availability to work Friday and Saturday nights from 8 PM to 5 AM.
Valid security certification/license is a plus.
