Position Title: Sales Associate
Reports To: Manager
Location: Lantana
Responsibilities of Sales Associate
Opening and Closing the store
Help guests pick out furniture for a home or business space they'll love
Assist with inventory management
Targeting Spanish speaking clientele
. Ability to sale 3-5 items ranging from $1,000- $20,000 per month
Create engaging social media contents in English and Spanish
. Conduct live sales on social media
Engage and present various home furnishings and service options
. Attend Marketing event inside and outside of store
Navigate large showrooms and be on your feet 8 hours a day
Build personal connections and guide customers through the sales process
Assist guests in finding the best financing options
Convert customer interactions into successful sales
Create invoices and schedule deliveries
Prospect and account management
Maintain neatness of the showroom for a welcoming customer experience
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and other KPIs set by management
Address customer concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
You’ll use an iPad, Register or laptop for all training, transactions, financing applications,
inventory checks, etc. Ability to guide customers throughout the showroom for extended periods
of time.Continuing professional development
Compensation: This role offers an hourly base pay combined with commission-based earnings,
providing unlimited income potential. At Belle-Luxury Decor, success is driven by continuous
skill development and industry knowledge. You’ll have the flexibility to grow by mastering our
product line and engaging in role-play exercises with colleagues to enhance your sales
expertise and professional growth.
Requirements
High School Diploma
High Morals and Ethics a must
Excellent computer skillsproficient in Outlook 365, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
Excellent communication and phone skills
Confident, motivated self-starter
Must have ability to multi-task
Must have organizational and time management skills
Sales Industry experience preferred, but not required.
Job Type: Part-time
Compensation: $16.75-$18 per hour
Commission: 5% on items $1,000 or more.
